Our client, a leading insurer, is seeking a Senior Insurance Compliance Officer for Randburg in a hybrid role. You will develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs to ensure operations meet legal and regulatory requirements, advising business units on regulatory matters with strong analytical support.

The role requires regulatory knowledge (FAIS, FICA, POPIA), 5–7 years of compliance experience, and professional qualifications.

• Experience in developing and delivering compliance training.

• High level of integrity and professional ethics.
• Professional compliance qualifications (e.g., CCEP, CRM) are highly advantageous.
