We are looking for a Senior Instrument Engineer for a 6+ month contract based in Leatherhead.

Key Responsibilities/Experience:

1. Ensure the quality, accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and completeness of work according to KBR I&C engineering principles, standards, procedures, codes, and ordinances; adhere to project schedules; and provide training, technical, and administrative guidance to personnel within the discipline.
2. Develop preliminary and final stage I&C design deliverables, including contributing to P&IDs, Instrument List, Instrument Specifications, and Instrument Data Sheets.
3. Assist with design development for DCS, PLC, and SCADA-based process control systems for clients and projects.
4. Evaluate and select instrument, control valve, and analyzer solutions; review vendor documentation for compliance with project and process specifications.
5. Design process control and automation systems in line with industry standards and customer requirements.
6. Collaborate with clients to develop control system concepts, architectures, and platforms.
7. Prepare Material Take-Offs (MTO) based on project scope and experience.
8. Coordinate with end users and OEMs to apply automation products.
9. Perform automation-related functions, including I/O lists, instrumentation lists, and specifications.
10. Aramco project experience is preferred.
