Job summary

Placements24 seeks an experienced Instructional Designer to create engaging online and blended learning experiences. You will analyze learning needs, design curricula, and develop instructional materials for diverse educational initiatives in a hybrid setting.

Key requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years of instructional design experience, and proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and LMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Curriculum Development, or related field.
• 5+ years of instructional design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and ADDIE model.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Experience designing for online and blended learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze learning requirements and design comprehensive instructional programs using adult learning principles.
• Develop engaging learning content including e-learning modules, ILT materials, job aids, and assessments.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content accuracy and alignment with objectives.
• Use multimedia tools to create interactive learning experiences.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Manage multiple design projects, meeting deadlines and scope.
