Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking an experienced professional to lead a high value client portfolio within our fund services business in the United Kingdom. You will take personal responsibility for ensuring all business KPI’s for your Client Portfolio, manage the P&L, revenue targets, and cash collections, and support intermediaries while delivering compliant, high‑quality client service.

This role requires a professional qualification (ICSA/CGI or equivalent) and at least 7 years in the industry.

Qualifications

• You will hold a professional qualification such as ICSA, CGI or equivalent
• You will have a minimum of 7 years relevant industry experience
• You will have a thorough understanding of the relevant laws relating to ‘Fund Services Business’
• You will have the ability to understand fund and company legal documents
• You will be risk aware and demonstrate a high level of integrity, equality and diversity in your approach to work
• You will have knowledge and experience of working in the Jersey financial services industry

Responsibilities

• You will take personal responsibility for a high value Client Portfolio
• You will be responsible for ensuring all business KPI’s for your Client Portfolio are effectively managed, controlled achieved in accordance with our ongoing business requirements
• You will be responsible for ensuring the team meet their commercial objectives and targets through the effective capital management of the P&L for the Client Portfolio to include revenue targets, billable utilization rates for staff, recoverability on fixed fee clients and pro‑active management of debtor days and cash collections
• You will support the business with impact/risk assessment, in terms of constant changes in local and international regulatory and legislative requirement
• You will manage the development of strong relationships with intermediaries linked to existing client book in order to generate new business
• You will provide technical support to Client Administration Teams in connection with their client structures and the execution of complex client transactions
