Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Senior Manager – Funds to lead client portfolio management in Jersey, driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and high‑performing teams while delivering exceptional client service and supporting business growth.

You will oversee the Client Administration Team, optimize processes, and manage financial performance, with a focus on revenue, utilisation and debtor control. Hybrid working in Jersey is offered along with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• You hold a relevant professional qualification (ICSA, ACCA, or equivalent) with extensive industry experience in fund services or a related field
• Strong technical knowledge of fund administration, laws, regulatory requirements, taxation, and best practices across jurisdictions
• Excellent analytical, numeracy, and IT skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-value client portfolio with strong client relationships and profitability
• Oversee the Client Administration Team, allocate workload, and drive performance against KPIs
• Drive operational excellence by improving processes and managing financial performance (revenue, utilisation, debtor control)
• Provide technical leadership and risk oversight for complex client structures and transactions
• Support business growth through new business development and stakeholder management
