Job summary

Fauna & Flora seeks a resourceful Senior Programme Development Manager with extensive experience securing funding from institutional donors. You will lead bid development, manage grant lifecycles, and build strong relationships across geographies to ensure a robust funding pipeline.

You will report to the Head of Institutional Funding & Partnerships and work across teams to translate donor requirements into compelling proposals while balancing strategic, operational and fundraising

Qualifications

• Significant experience securing funding from institutional funders such as government and multilateral funders.
• Strong bid management and grant lifecycle knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to translate complex information.

Responsibilities

• Secure funding from institutional donors to support conservation projects.
• Provide donor relationship management and portfolio support across geographies.
• Lead and support high-quality proposal development and grant management processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align donor requirements with delivery.
