Job summary

Oceaneering is seeking a Senior Inspection Engineer to lead inspection activities, ensure equipment certification, and drive continuous improvement across assets and sites. The role involves implementing integrity risk management, coordinating with client teams, and delivering accurate inspection data and reports.

The candidate should have UKAS RG2 category experience, engineering qualifications, and proven leadership in inspection and NDT practices, with the ability to manage complex projects

Qualifications

• UKAS RG2 Category 2 compatible
• Minimum HNC or NVQ Level 4 in a suitable engineering subject
• IEng as defined by the Eng Council or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Support the Line Manager in management of workscope with assurance on technical delivery and cost management
• Provide leadership to designated inspection engineers and allocate work
• Ensure compliance with client engineering and safety standards
• Maintain inspection plans, corrosion monitoring and data management
• Endorse inspection reports and instigate remedial action for non-compliance
• Coordinate inspections and outages, interface with other disciplines
• Assist in audits and production of client reports
• Develop annual budget and manage CTR process
• Oversee competency development within the team
