Job summary

Oceaneering International is seeking an Inspection Engineer to conduct onshore and offshore inspections of pipelines, vessels, tankage and pressure equipment, ensuring safety and reliability. Qualifications

BEng/BSc in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline, or working towards.
Minimum of five years of oil and gas industry inspection experience.
Standard NDT qualifications to Level 2, UT 3.1 & 3.2.
Knowledge of API RP580/581/579 and corrosion engineering.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth inspections of onshore and offshore assets including pipelines, vessels, tankage and pressure equipment.
Identify risks, propose mitigation measures, and contribute to maintenance planning.
Prepare detailed inspection reports with actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
Utilize advanced inspection techniques and perform NDT as required.
Maintain accurate records and training junior inspectors.
