We are currently searching for Senior Insolvency Administrators to join a leading North West Accountancy practice in their Bolton offices.

The firm offers a great mix of both corporate and personal insolvency cases and supports further study and professional development.

The Role:

1. Manage a varied caseload of corporate insolvency cases.
2. Prepare reports to creditors and shareholders, agree claims, and distribute funds.
3. Prepare corporate tax and VAT returns.
4. Handle asset realisation and ensure statutory requirements are met.
5. Prepare statutory paperwork and other documents.
6. Assist in preparing documents for banks and financial institutions.
7. Support asset disposal, debt collection, and fund distribution.
8. Draft correspondence to creditors and interested parties.
9. Negotiate with creditors and debtors.
10. Provide general support to the partner leading the team or case as required.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience managing both corporate and personal insolvency cases.
