Job summary

The Labour Party is recruiting an Insights Officer to deepen our understanding of target voters using qualitative and quantitative research. The post-holder will help deliver an insight programme to inform strategy and communications.

The role is based in London Head Office with a 1-year fixed-term contract, typically four days per week in the office and Fridays for home working. London-based salary includes a fixed sum allowance and potential additional amount for London.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of qualitative research methods and analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of inclusive practice and research methodologies.
• Significant experience in designing and delivering qualitative and quantitative research projects.
• Experience of identifying insight-led recommendations from data.
