Join to apply for the Senior Insights Manager role at Inizio Engage XD.

The role of a Senior Insights Manager is to work within the Insights and Research Team to help design projects that derive critical insights across multiple accounts and service lines. Support organic growth and contribute to delivering excellent quality and healthcare solutions through delivery skills, project scoping, and providing value to both the agency and clients.

You should have experience in the pharmaceutical landscape coupled with a wider B2B understanding, aiming to influence the future of our business. Reporting directly to a member of our Senior Management Team, you will be involved in projects through client delivery, project management, and supporting business development.

This is a hybrid role with at least 2 days expected in the office.

Responsibilities include:

• Demonstrate Inizio Engage XD values and promote these within the team.
• Support knowledge and skill expansion across the agency.
• Provide leadership and counsel on insight and research needs.
• Support client proposals and pitches, including desk research and strategic insights.
• Educate the business on market and customer insight importance.
• Design qualitative and quantitative studies, analyze data, and produce strategic reports.
• Guide research projects, challenge project goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Understand client business strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage budgets, scope changes, and participate in pitch delivery.

Requirements:

• Experience in healthcare market research at a senior level.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Experience in moderation, questionnaire design, and data analysis.
• Ability to translate data into insights and engaging reports.
• Client liaison and project management skills.
• Experience with Google Analytics is desirable.
