Job description

The role of a Senior Insights Manager is to work within the Insights and Research Team to help design projects that derive critical insights, across multiple accounts and service lines; support organic growth and contribute to a positive environment for delivering excellent quality and healthcare solutions through delivery skills, project scoping and providing value to both the agency and our clients.

You will have experience in the pharmaceutical landscape coupled with a wider B2B understanding, who wishes to influence the shape and future of our business. Reporting directly to a member of our Senior Management Team you will be involved in projects through great client delivery, project management and supporting business with our clients.

This is Hybrid remote/in-office with at least 2 days expected in the office

What will you do …

• Demonstrate Inizio Engage XD values and encouraging these values in others
• Promote knowledge and skill expansion across Inizio Engage XD agencies

Healthcare Research & Insight Consultant

• Provide leadership and counsel on insight and research needs
• Support client proposals and pitches, including desk research and strategic insights
• Educate the business on the importance of market and customer insight for strategy development
• Demonstrate knowledge of therapeutic areas and market audiences
• Provide insights into partner mindsets, perceptions, and behaviours

Qualitative and Quantitative Data Researcher

• Design qualitative and quantitative studies
• Create insights from data analysis, e.g. CI / market research projects or other secondary data, to assess aspects such as audience understanding, SWOT analysis, positioning versus competitor brands
• Turn data into relevant insights, answering business questions
• Create impactful presentations and reports with strategic guidance

Project Management, Direction, and Delivery

• Provide guidance and direction for research/insight projects
• Challenge project direction in meetings: goals, timelines, and budgets
• Manage timelines internally and with client teams, identifying main milestones

Opportunity Seeker, Business Development & Networking

• Understand client’s business strategy, culture, and products

Commercial Action and Financial Accountability

• Estimate and articulate budget requirements to account teams
• Manage changes in scope
• Build simple budgets and participate in pitch delivery

What you'll need to have ...

• Healthcare market research agency experience (an established Senior Research Manager/Associate Director, or equivalent role)
• Qualitative and Quantitative experience
• Experience in moderation, questionnaire, discussion guide, and screener writing
• Experience in primary and secondary research
• Expertise across multiple market research methodologies
• Experience translating data and evidence into insightful and engaging outputs
• Be an accomplished moderator
• Liaise directly with clients and managing projects through delivery
• Experience in Google Analytics
• Experience managing multiple and changing projects
• Demonstrate an understanding of healthcare and research codes and compliance activity/behaviours
• Experience in the congress/events space
• Experience working with AI on projects
