Job summary

Capita plc in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to turn data into actionable decisions and insights. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and shape outcomes through evidence-based analysis.

The role is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, with a hybrid pattern of 2–3 days in Warminster. Eligibility for UK Security Clearance at BPSS level is required.

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience in data analysis, business intelligence or advanced analytics.
• Experience using Power BI, Excel and modern analytical tools to create meaningful insight products.
• Good understanding of data modelling, databases and data quality principles.
• A track record of translating data into actionable recommendations and measurable outcomes

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyse training, safety and operational data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support effective decision-making.
• Turn data into stories to help leaders understand performance and make evidence-based decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, standardisation and improved reporting.
• Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams while exploring issues in depth.
• Champion evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement across the organisation.
