HelloFresh seeks a Senior Insights Data Analyst to own complex analytics projects that drive strategic decisions across operations, BI, and tech. You will gather data, apply advanced analytical frameworks, and deliver actionable insights in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor junior analysts and collaborate with business leaders to influence decisions using statistical techniques and AI. This role emphasizes data accuracy and operational optimization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in reporting, BI, data analysis, or a similar position with an operations focus.
• Advanced ability to model real-life business operations using assumptions and historical data.
• Advanced ability to utilize large language models to guide and enhance tasks.
• Advanced understanding of inferential statistics for advanced analytics.
• Proficient with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive projects with minimal supervision, executing complex data queries and advanced analytical frameworks
• Transform ambiguous business challenges into viable analytical solutions
• Apply statistical techniques and AI to address business challenges, providing clear, data-driven insights to guide decision-making
• Effectively structure projects, manage timelines, and provide relevant updates to key stakeholders
• Expertly steer meetings and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through visualizations and presentations
• Process, transform, and clean large datasets
• Understand HF's core products and business model, with a focus on optimizing operations
• Mentor junior analysts, providing guidance and support in their development
