Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis within finance or ecommerce environments.
• Understanding end-to-end finance processes and data governance.
• Experience with Workday Finance and financial reporting tools.
• Experience with consolidation platforms (OneStream).
• Strong SQL, BigQuery and spreadsheets for KPIs, dashboards and data validation.
• Ability to translate complex finance needs into technical specs.
• Strong communication to influence stakeholders.
• Proactive, mentoring mindset and data literacy advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of financial data flows between ERP systems and tools to reduce manual adjustments.
• Drive optimization of month-end close processes for accuracy and real-time visibility.
• Collaborate to establish data quality standards and transparent data dictionaries.
• Acquire and maintain robust data pipelines to support Global Finance Operations.
• Build automated reporting frameworks for R2R KPIs and OKRs.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven improvements to leadership.
• Evaluate AI, automation, and process mining use cases with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor colleagues on analytics tools, methods and best practices.
• Deliver training to foster analytics and AI readiness across teams.
