Senior Insights Analyst

Location: London - City of London / Hybrid 2 days a week

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an exciting and creative Digital Agency, which is experiencing growth and success, with ambitious plans for 2025 and beyond.

This award-winning digital marketing agency is seeking a Senior Insights Analyst to:

• Lead analysis and serve as the primary contact for selected client accounts, understanding their needs and providing performance updates and value reports.
• Use historical data to forecast and set targets across quarterly, monthly, and daily intervals, with detailed channel breakdowns.
• Ensure accountability for targets among company teams and clients, providing accurate data to monitor performance and facilitate improvements.
• Analyze marketing performance data to identify actionable insights that promote growth and ongoing enhancement.
• Build dashboards in Google Looker Studio to highlight key data points, using existing templates and creating custom layouts as needed.
• Support the Head of Data in developing and deploying new tracking strategies to ensure comprehensive digital touchpoint tracking.
• Audit client Google Analytics accounts and implement updates to establish bespoke, best-practice tracking solutions.
• Innovate by deploying data warehousing solutions through BigQuery, ensuring proper restrictions and laying a strong foundation for future use.

Experience Required

• 4+ years in a similar role
• A passion for data analysis and a natural curiosity
• Experience with paid media campaigns and understanding of key metrics for insight generation
• Knowledge of SEO and tools like Accuranker and Google Search Console
• Ability to process large datasets and derive actionable insights
