Job Description:

Role Overview

The Senior Insight Manager for ASOS Media Group is part of the ASOS Marketing Department, reporting to the Director of ASOS Media Group. The role involves delivering high-quality insights, campaign measurement, and reporting for brand partners, developing advertising and audience targeting strategies, and leading a team of analysts.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and develop a team of analysts, prioritising workload and ensuring insight quality with clear narratives and recommendations.
  2. Build advanced campaign reporting solutions, including dashboards for brand partners.
  3. Establish and maintain a retail media measurement framework with KPIs and methodologies.
  4. Collaborate with Ad Operations and Account Management teams to optimise campaigns and deliver insights.
  5. Work with Product and Technology teams to enhance ad performance and creative solutions.
  6. Refine pre- and post-campaign analysis to inform marketing strategies and encourage investment.
  7. Represent ASOS Media Group in industry forums and with senior stakeholders.
  8. Collaborate across departments to develop the measurement proposition.
  9. Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience managing insight or data-driven marketing teams.
  • Ability to build stakeholder relationships and work cross-functionally.
  • Strong understanding of marketing channels, especially display and search ads.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with Python or web analytics is a plus.
  • Experience in Retail Media or Google Advertising products is preferred.
