Role overview:
As the Senior Insight Analyst, you will have the ability to delve into a variety of complex data and translate this into meaningful and high-impact actionable insights. You will have well-developed experience in visualising data and be skilled in using a wide range of analytical tools to build well-designed data visualisations. You will be a great communicator, able to see the big picture, connect data points to produce larger narratives, and present persuasively to senior business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and interpreting complex data to formulate relevant conclusions and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Synthesising complex and ambiguous information to drive actionable insights through communication and visualisation.
- Supporting relevant stakeholders through quantitative analytics and the application of appropriate methods.
- Proactively developing insight and analysis skills and understanding of the market & business.
- Utilising data to conclude actionable insights.
- Communicating insights clearly and identifying possible actions based on data.
- Performing deep dive analytics in a fast-paced environment.
- Working on projects related to loyalty, customer analytics, segmentation, CRM, Data Science, marketing analytics, channel analysis, and customer acquisition.
- Analyzing data to identify patterns and implications.
- Preparing detailed analyses with clear high-level take-outs and presenting to senior marketing and business stakeholders.
- Providing regular market intelligence to the insight team regarding external business and landscape.

The role aims to identify value and drive change by understanding customer behavior through deep analysis and presenting complex data in an accessible manner. Acting as a bridge between data teams and business stakeholders, the focus is on driving action from insights.

Skills and Experience:
- Preferably an undergraduate degree in a numerical subject.
- 3-5 years' experience in advanced analytics and insights.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, consumer-facing environment.
- Strong knowledge of omni-channel and multi-device engagement across digital channels.
- Ability to derive actionable insights from diverse data sources.
- Commercial experience with advanced SQL is essential; experience with R or Python is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills and VBA experience.
- Proficiency in Power BI using DAX and development skills.
- Web analytics experience with Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail.
