Epson Telford Limited, a 50-acre manufacturing site, seeks a Maintenance Engineer to support the Injection Moulding department. You will maintain moulding equipment, mentor junior staff, and drive continuous improvements while ensuring health and safety compliance across the department.

The role requires extensive knowledge of injection moulding maintenance, PP scheduling, and strong communication within a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High level knowledge of Injection Moulding Machine Maintenance and ancillary equipment.
• Experience with Planned Preventative Maintenance scheduling and systems.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain injection moulding equipment to meet production KPI targets.
• Provide expert support to moulding engineers and technicians.
• Coordinate maintenance for moulding machinery and ancillary equipment.
• Investigate and apply continuous machine improvements with data capture.
• Analyze quality data and machine performance to drive improvements.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Ensure health, safety and welfare of all staff in the department.
• Carry out risk assessments and Safe Systems of Work as required.
• Report and address accidents and near misses within required time frame.
• Support production quality improvements and suggest process solutions.
• Update documentation reflecting changes.
• Obtain quotes and vendors to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Maintain maximum line uptime and communicate delays.
