Job summary

Steer is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Transactions Principal Consultant to lead engagements in the Infrastructure and Asset Advisory team. You will contribute to winning and delivering transactions for an international investor community, across roads, ports, rail and urban transit sectors.

The role requires autonomous work while collaborating with colleagues and clients, with a focus on updating proposals and managing project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver work (as Project Manager) in Demand & Revenue and Commercial Due Diligence to support clients undertaking transactions in multiple sectors.
• Ability to work autonomously yet in collaboration with colleagues and clients.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with experience managing large projects.

Responsibilities

• Help build a vibrant pipeline of work through active management of client relationships.
• Sell services from across Steer and leverage reputation as a specialist in the field.
• Support Steer’s Infrastructure Transactions practice via client engagement and proposal development.
• Work on projects as a Project Manager, ensuring best practice techniques and full integration with Steer teams.
• Help diversify Steer's offer to deliver growth in line with company strategy.
