Job summary

Steer is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Transactions Principal Consultant to join the Infrastructure and Asset Advisory team in the UK. The role focuses on winning and delivering commissions from investors, lenders, grantors and project developers in the transport sector.

The ideal candidate will deliver project management across Demand and Revenue and Commercial Due Diligence, with strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record of pursuing growth opportunities within

Qualifications

• Delivery experience as Project Manager in Demand & Revenue and Commercial Due Diligence.
• Experience across multiple transport sectors including Roads/Highways, Ports/Maritime, European Rail/Rolling Stock, Urban Transit, Bus, EV.
• Ability to work autonomously yet collaboratively with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

• Build a vibrant pipeline by actively managing client relationships.
• Sell services across Steer and leverage reputation as a specialist.
• Support Infrastructure Transactions practice via client engagement and proposal development.
• Lead projects as a Project Manager with best-practice techniques and full integration with Steer teams.
• Diversify Steer's offer to drive growth in line with company strategy.
