Apple Technical Recruitment (UK) Limited is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Quantity Surveyor (Consultancy) for a permanent role in Norwich. You will manage large scale highways and drainage projects valued around £20m+, handling pre-contract tenders, cost planning and NEC contract administration.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management and proven experience in infrastructure/highways projects, with strong client and director-level communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management or related field.
• Experience in infrastructure/highways projects is preferred.
• NEC contract experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage large scale highways and drainage projects in Norfolk from feasibility through to handover.
• Perform full quantity surveying/cost management on projects including pre-contract tenders, cost planning, and contract administration (NEC).
• Collaborate with clients and directors; strong communication is essential.
