• Understand the developer experience and how to magnify engineers' output.

• Lead and implement initiatives for the infrastructure platform and cross-team alignment.
• Scope requests with product teams and prioritize initiatives.
• Develop Kubernetes, MLOps, and deployment automation.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve developer experience and platform adoption.
