Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking an experienced Planning Lead to drive robust planning, scheduling and reporting for a major infrastructure delivery team. You will develop and maintain fully resourced programmes, influence project strategy and coordinate with commercial, design and construction teams to ensure milestones are achieved safely and efficiently.

You will work alongside project management, construction and design professionals to optimise programmes, manage risk and deliver successful

Qualifications

• Proven planning experience in civil infrastructure environments.
• Experience developing and managing programmes from tender through delivery.
• Strong understanding of planning methodologies and controls.
• Experience with commercial/contractual aspects of planning.
• Proficiency with industry-standard planning software and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain fully resourced project programmes.
• Review outputs to ensure alignment with requirements and objectives.
• Produce visual planning materials and perform programme risk analysis.
• Serve as a key link between planning stakeholders.
• Define construction methodologies with project teams and supply chain.
• Coordinate with design teams for temporary works briefs.
• Manage programme changes and track progress against plan.
• Plan and integrate temporary works design activities with approvals.
• Maintain schedules for temporary works and indirect cost activities.
• Provide planning advice and performance reporting to project teams.
• Identify risks and opportunities requiring intervention.
• Coordinate interfaces between multiple workstreams and subcontractors.
• Evaluate contract documents and develop detailed delivery programmes.
• Publish internal and external project programmes and progress reports.
• Develop mitigation measures for potential delays and scope changes.
