Job summary

Penguin Recruitment is seeking an Infrastructure Planning Consultant - Senior / Principal to join its award-winning planning and design consultancy. You will lead infrastructure planning and consenting on major projects, working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes across energy, water and transport sectors.

You will also contribute to business development, bid submissions and client engagement, while mentoring junior staff and supporting the growth of the infrastructure

Qualifications

• Accredited planning professional qualifications (MRTPI or equivalent).
• Experience delivering planning and consenting for major infrastructure projects.
• Strong team collaboration across multidisciplinary projects.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Sound understanding of infrastructure consenting regimes, especially DCOs.
• Commercial awareness and ability to win and deliver projects.

Responsibilities
