Penguin Recruitment is seeking an Infrastructure Planning Consultant at Senior/Principal level to join its award-winning planning and design consultancy. You will deliver infrastructure planning and consenting across energy, water and transport sectors, and contribute to bids and business development.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team within a flexible, growing practice with a focus on communities, climate resilience and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Professional accreditation such as MRTPI, APM, CMI, CEnv or CEng.
• Experience delivering planning and consenting for major infrastructure projects.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure consenting regimes, including Development Consent Orders (DCOs).

Responsabilités

• Lead infrastructure planning and consenting projects across sectors and scales.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver outcomes.
• Support business growth through bid writing, tenders and client development.
