Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Infrastructure Planning Consultant at Senior/Principal level to join its expanding team. The role focuses on delivering infrastructure planning and consenting across major projects, with opportunities to contribute to bid writing and business development.

The position can be based in Oxford, Bristol, London or Exeter, with flexibility for traveling and flexible/part-time working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering planning and consenting for major infrastructure projects.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure consenting regimes, particularly Development Consent Orders (DCOs).
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of infrastructure planning and consenting projects across sectors and scales.
• Work within multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful outcomes and support bid writing/tender submissions.
• Contribute to business development and work-winning activities.
• Build and maintain client relationships and contribute to the growth of the infrastructure planning team.
