Job summary

You will work on major infrastructure and energy projects across the UK, collaborating with specialists in environmental planning, sustainability, land and compulsory purchase.

Qualifications

• Significant town planning experience with infrastructure exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Planning Act 2008 and NSIP/DCO processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and report-writing skills.
• Commercial awareness with proactive business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage major infrastructure projects through NSIP and DCO.
• Prepare planning statements, reports and supporting documentation.
• Liaise with clients, local authorities, stakeholders and consultees.
• Provide planning advice across major infrastructure and energy projects.
• Support business development and grow the infrastructure planning team.
• Mentor and support junior members of the team.
• Ensure projects comply with planning legislation, policy and best practice.
