Job summary

AUREOS INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES LIMITED on behalf of Taylor Woodrow / Aureos JV working on Washwood Heath for HS2 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Planner to lead and manage complex planning activities for our diverse depot project.

This role involves ensuring project timelines are met, resources are optimally allocated, and potential delays are mitigated through proactive planning and strategic oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Master's degree or PMP certification highly desirable.
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in project planning and scheduling in infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify variances, and develop recovery plans to stay on track.
• Perform risk assessments related to timelines and resources with mitigation strategies.
• Prepare planning reports, forecasts, and analyses for senior management and clients.
• Facilitate planning meetings and reviews to ensure alignment across teams.
• Mentor junior planners in planning best practices and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with JV policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and tools.
