Job summary

prosource.it is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure, network and technology transformation projects in a regulated environment. Location: Glasgow (Hybrid) with occasional travel to Bellshill and Perth. Contract or Permanent considered.

The role demands a technically aware PM who can discuss architecture with specialists, challenge delivery approaches, and manage senior stakeholders, suppliers and cross-functional teams to deliver on time, budget and quality.

Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent required.
• APM PMQ or MSP considered.
• Experience in regulated infrastructure environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex infrastructure, network and technology projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Monitor performance against milestones and objectives.
• Produce clear project reporting for leadership teams.
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and standards.
• Manage finances, forecasting and change control.
• Facilitate project boards and stakeholder meetings.
• Identify and resolve delivery challenges and escalate where required.
• Support procurement, supplier management and contract delivery activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of methodologies and governance.
