Job summary

Morgan Stanley’s Securitised Products Group Lending Europe team is seeking an experienced lawyer for its Structuring and Execution Management Team. You will work on infrastructure financing transactions across renewables, conventional energy, LNG, and broader infrastructure assets.

On-desk role coordinating with originators, syndication and external counsel through the full deal lifecycle. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of PQE with major banks or law firms, strong drafting and negotiation

Qualifications

8+ years PQE with a major law firm or financial institution.
Experience structuring and executing on a business desk.
Familiarity with LMA documentation and project finance structures.

Responsibilities

Advise on and draft documentation for infrastructure and energy finance transactions (renewables, power generation, LNG, data centres, fibre).
Negotiate loan agreements, security packages, and intercreditor arrangements per LMA standards.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver financing solutions.
Ensure regulatory compliance and manage legal risk throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Stay informed on energy transition, sustainability-linked financing, and infrastructure trends.
