Job summary

Morgan Stanley’s SPG Lending Europe focuses on asset backed lending across traditional commercial real estate to energy asset pools. You will work with underwriting and syndication teams to structure and execute infrastructure finance transactions, negotiating loan agreements and intercreditor arrangements in line with LMA standards.

The role requires 8+ years PQE, familiarity with project finance structures and FCA certification.

Qualifications

• 8+ years PQE with a major law firm or financial institution.
• Familiarity with LMA documentation and project finance structures.
• FCA certification to perform this role.

Responsibilities

• Advise on and draft documentation for infrastructure and energy finance transactions (including renewables, power generation, LNG, and data centres).
• Negotiate loan agreements, security packages, and intercreditor arrangements in line with LMA standards.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders (clients, counsel, regulators).
• Stay abreast of developments in energy transition, sustainability‑linked financing, and infrastructure trends.
