Job summary

Healy Hunt is seeking a Senior Associate in infrastructure finance to join a expanding Corporate & Debt Finance Advisory client in London. The role covers transactions across aviation, nuclear, offshore transmission, gas networks and water sectors.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in corporate/ project finance or infrastructure advisory, strong modelling skills, and familiarity with rating methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, project finance, infrastructure advisory, credit rating/down rating advisory or regulatory finance with a focus on infrastructure, energy, utilities or transport.

Responsibilities

• Assess and model complex project and regulatory (e.g. RAB-based) financials.
• Conduct credit rating analysis against agency methodologies (S&P, Moody's, Fitch).
• Lead debt sizing, financing structures, ratio and covenant analysis, refinancing and financing ability testing.
