Job summary

DWP Digital is seeking Senior Infrastructure Engineers to join our team across UK digital hubs in Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester or Newcastle. You will design and automate infrastructure, building secure connectivity across AWS, Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to improve reliability and delivery speed.

You will lead CI/CD and Network DevOps initiatives, mentor engineers, and work in a hybrid model with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable knowledge of Infrastructure and Configuration as Code.
• Experience with Unix/Linux/Windows in support or development environments.
• NetDevOps experience with CI/CD, agile Scrum practices.
• Implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience guiding engineers across multi-disciplinary teams in agile settings.
• Developing cloud-based network solutions across multi-cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cloud and on-prem engineers to design automated, scalable infrastructure.
• Lead initiatives for secure connectivity across AWS, Azure, and OCI.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation across delivery pipelines.
• Mentor engineers and foster agile, cross-functional teamwork.
