Key Responsibilities

• Microsoft 365 Support (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Directory Sync and Identity Management).
• Deploy and configure Microsoft 365 services including Intune, compliance policies, Defender, Windows Autopilot and application control.
• Device management with Intune, including Windows, Android and IOS.
• Lead the design, implementation, and management of endpoint solutions using Microsoft 365, Intune.
• Technical troubleshooting: advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues in a modern workplace environment.
• System integration: ensure seamless integration of solutions with enterprise applications, cloud services, and on-premises systems.
• Active directory: maintain and support both cloud and on-premises Active Directory, including integration with Microsoft Entra ID.

Key Outputs and Deliverables

• End-to-end user provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Design, support and implement solutions M365 technology and integrations.
• Managing access control and monitoring.
• Provide documentation and resources to colleagues across Information Services, ensuring that all services are fully supported and end users have access to appropriate technical support and information.

Person specification

• Configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 services including Intune, Compliance Policies, Defender, Windows Autopilot and Application control (lead criteria).
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 management, deployment, and security practices (lead criteria).
• Microsoft 365 Support (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Directory Sync and Identity Management)
• configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
• Experience of Microsoft Graph.
• Experience of managing M365 Co-Pilot with M365 platform.
