Job summary

WRITER is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join a fast-growing, AI-powered platform serving enterprise customers. Based in a hybrid London or NYC hub, you’ll own reliability, performance, and on-call duties across multi-cloud environments.

You’ll design scalable infrastructure, automate on the stack with Python or Go, and lead incident response, post-mortems, and root-cause analyses to reduce toil and improve resilience. Collaboration with product and security is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure engineering or similar
• Experience running production-grade infrastructure
• Automation using Python/Go
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and at least one major cloud
• Familiar with AI-assisted workflows is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own reliability, performance, and SLOs for core services
• Lead incident response, post-mortems, and RCA
• Design scalable, multi-cloud infrastructure
• Automate operational tasks and reduce toil
• Collaborate with product and security teams
