Job summary

RGB Recruitment in Bristol is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join the infrastructure team and contribute to residential, highways, and transport planning projects. The role offers a salary of £35,000–£50,000 and opportunities to influence a growing team across a multi-office consultancy serving public and private sectors.

The candidate will have at least four years’ experience in infrastructure design, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D and/or MicroDrainage, and a desire to help

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years’ experience in infrastructure design.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil3D and/or MicroDrainage.
• Strong working knowledge of Section Agreements 278 and 38.
• Desire to help win work and lead a small team.

The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will join RGB’s Bristol office and work alongside the infrastructure team to support client projects across residential development, highways, and transport planning. This permanent role offers a salary of £35,000–£50,000 and an opportunity to influence a growing team within a multi‑office consultancy serving the public and private sectors.

RGB is a consultancy founded less than 20years ago, now operating 19 UK offices that support residential development and planning across the country.

Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure schemes and apply local market knowledge.
• Assist in the delivery of residential, highways, and transport planning projects.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure design and specification compliance.
• Contribute to proposals, bids, and project management activities.
• Support the team’s continued professional development and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years’ experience in infrastructure design.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil3D and/or MicroDrainage.

• Local market knowledge is advantageous.
