Job summary

Sabenza IT & Recruitment is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to own a multi-site BPO infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, resilience, and high performance across critical systems.

You will manage Azure, Microsoft 365, AD, FortiGate firewalls, and network infrastructure while mentoring junior engineers and driving cybersecurity enhancement and DR readiness.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing multi-site infrastructure.
• Strong cybersecurity and vulnerability management capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead upgrades, migrations and mentor engineers.

• Manage servers, virtualisation, storage and Active Directory
• Administer Azure and Microsoft 365
• Manage FortiGate firewalls, WAN, VPN and network infrastructure
• Support SCCM/Intune and endpoint management
• Drive cybersecurity, monitoring and vulnerability management
• Manage backups, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
• Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations and improvements
• Act as the senior technical escalation point and mentor junior engineers
