We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our organisation’s IT infrastructure. This role ensures optimal performance, reliability, and security across hybrid environments, supporting both internal operations and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid Infrastructure: Oversee on-premises and cloud systems, virtualisation, and storage solutions to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-effective services.
• Network Management: Manage corporate and venue networks, including security protocols such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
• Strategic Collaboration: Align IT initiatives with organisational goals, budget planning, and resource optimisation.
• Vendor Relationships: Negotiate and monitor contracts, ensuring vendor compliance and performance.
• Security and Compliance: Implement robust data protection measures and ensure adherence to industry regulations.
• Performance Optimisation: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements.
• Disaster Recovery: Develop and test backup and recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.
