Job summary

Aureos Infrastructure Services Limited is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead and oversee all design aspects of infrastructure projects, ensuring innovative, efficient, and compliant solutions. The role requires strong leadership, a Civil/Structural background, and a track record managing complex projects.

Responsibilities include directing design teams, overseeing the lifecycle, and ensuring adherence to codes and client requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent is highly preferred.
8–10 years in infrastructure design with 3–5 years in leadership/management roles.
Experience managing complex infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, water, urban development).

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and mentor a design team of engineers and drafters.
Oversee the full design lifecycle from concept to construction support.
Ensure all deliverables meet project requirements and codes.
Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to define scope and design.
Conduct technical reviews of drawings, calculations, and reports.
Identify and mitigate design risks and manage budgets, schedules, and resources.
Stay updated on design technologies and best practices.
