Severn Trent Water is seeking a Technical Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of standardised, modular solutions for major infrastructure programmes. You will coordinate product, design, and delivery teams to ensure projects stay on plan, within budget, and meet quality standards.

The role focuses on driving efficiency, fostering collaboration, and implementing repeatable delivery approaches within Severn Trent’s Plug & Play platform.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Multidisciplinary project coordination across design and delivery.
• Capital project delivery through design and construction phases.
• Delivery of modular or standardised solutions is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of projects with emphasis on programme management and budgeting.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and delivery teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide governance, reporting, and decision-making throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive consistency across multiple projects and workstreams.
