Job summary

Aviva plc in London, Norwich or York seeks a Senior Credit Manager who combines technical infrastructure credit expertise with leadership. You’ll oversee infrastructure debt investments, support underwriting decisions and drive portfolio risk management across long-term assets.

You’ll lead and develop a team of credit professionals, influence investment decisions, and work with investment teams and senior stakeholders across UK, Europe and the US to grow Aviva’s infrastructure portfolio.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in infrastructure debt, project finance or institutional credit investing.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure sectors and financing structures across UK, Europe and US.
• Strong knowledge of US infrastructure sectors, regulatory environments, US private placements and NAIC investment frameworks.
• Proven people leadership experience with a track record of developing credit professionals.
• Experience applying Matching Adjustment principles and independent credit judgement to support investment decisions.
