The Management Recruitment Group (MRG) is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to coordinate consent workstreams across nationally significant infrastructure and regeneration projects in a hybrid work environment.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams of planners, engineers and legal advisors, develop consent programmes and manage risks to keep programmes on schedule. This role offers a proactive career path in consent management with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience within infrastructure, utilities or the built environment.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Knowledge of DCOs, TWAOs or comparable consent processes.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive approach with a genuine interest in developing within the consent management sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day consent workstreams across major infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate planners, environmental specialists, engineers, land professionals and legal advisors.
• Develop and maintain consent programmes, trackers and project documentation.
• Monitor project risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring programmes remain on track.
• Support stakeholder engagement and multidisciplinary project coordination.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement across the team.
