Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an Infrastructure / Platform Architect to lead end-to-end solution architecture within the customer’s System Design Team. The role is senior, highly customer-facing and requires governance, design assurance and cross-domain coordination across private cloud, virtualization, container platforms, compute, storage and networks.

The successful candidate will influence suppliers and internal teams, ensure designs are secure by design, and align to architectural direction

Qualifications

• Substantial IT infrastructure experience in architecture roles.
• Experience generating and reviewing Service Designs and HLDs.
• Credible customer-facing experience influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to end-to-end infrastructure viewpoints within the solution architecture.
• Provide guidance across VMware Cloud Foundation, NSX, compute, storage, networking.
• Review supplier Service Designs and HLDs for compliance.
• Work with suppliers to clarify intent and reduce design rework.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to communicate options and risks.
