Sony Interactive Entertainment is hiring a Senior Influencer Planning Manager to translate PlayStation’s influencer approach into actionable plans across priority games, hardware, services, sponsorships and brand campaigns.

You will work with Influencer Partnerships, Brand, Media and local markets to prioritise initiatives, build briefs, and drive cross‑functional execution with clarity and impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in influencer marketing, creator strategy or related fields.
• Experience translating audience insights into campaign strategies.
• Ability to work across global/local teams in a matrix org.

Responsibilities

• Develop planning documents and recommendations for priority initiatives.
• Maintain calendars, roadmaps and decision materials across streams.
• Collaborate with insights teams, agencies and local markets for planning implications.
• Coordinate global/local planning outputs and governance for consistency.
• Translate campaign performance into actionable planning improvements.
