Job summary

The Beauty Tech Group is seeking an Influencer Marketing Executive to grow our influencer campaigns across platforms and partners, driving brand awareness and sales. You will collaborate with the Influencer Marketing Manager and wider team to blend creativity with data-driven strategy in a fast-paced beauty tech environment.

You'll manage end-to-end influencer projects, build strong creator relationships and negotiate cost-effective partnerships to maximise revenue.

Qualifications

• Some experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related digital marketing role.
• Strong understanding of social media channels and how they integrate with affiliate and digital marketing strategies.
• Commercially minded with experience reviewing proposals and negotiating partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full influencer marketing lifecycle from outreach to evaluating campaign performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies and content creators.
• Negotiate commercial partnerships to drive revenue growth across social platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address influencer and affiliate needs promptly.
• Lead influencer activity alongside campaigns, launches and celebrity collaborations.
• Monitor and report on campaigns, providing insights to senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities with emerging influencers to expand reach.
• Track performance against KPIs including sign ups, traffic and sales.
• Work across Instagram, YouTube and TikTok and tailor for each platform.
• Identify process improvements to increase campaign efficiency.
