Senior Influencer Marketing Executive

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in-office near Spitalfields Market)

Salary: Up to £35k

Responsibilities

• Lead influencer discovery, outreach, and negotiation across varied platforms
• Manage influencer relationships and contract logistics with care and professionalism
• Deliver end-to-end campaign execution, from briefing to reporting
• Track trends and spot emerging talent before they hit the mainstream
• Collaborate with strategists, creatives, and client teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Maintain databases and workflows to ensure campaign accuracy and clarity

Your Profile

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, talent management or social-led campaigns
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and creator culture
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management
• Comfortable negotiating talent fees and managing campaign budgets
• Curious, collaborative, and proactive – you love what you do and it shows
