Job Overview
We are seeking an Implementation Project Manager to join our Client Services team in London. This role is critical in leading the onboarding of private market clients to Hazeltree’s innovative treasury platform. The ideal candidate will drive seamless client transitions, optimize workflows, and ensure successful implementations that maximize the value of our solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with top-tier investment firms, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding & Implementation
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process for private market clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to Hazeltree’s platform.
- Customize workflows and solutions to align with client needs and financial operations.
- Project Management & Execution
- Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously, tracking progress, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Drive projects to completion with a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key clients, understanding their unique requirements and challenges.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process.
- Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams across New York, London, Bournemouth, and Hong Kong to refine the onboarding experience.
- Contribute to enhancements in data delivery, workflow efficiency, and overall implementation strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure seamless handoffs and client success.
- Provide feedback to improve platform functionalities and user experience.
Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of project management, client onboarding, or implementation experience within financial services, fintech, or treasury management.
- Strong understanding of financial products and investment management processes.
- Skills & Competencies
- Project Management Expertise: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and drive client success.
- Client-Centric Approach: Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on client satisfaction and engagement.
- Technical Acumen: Proficiency in Excel; experience or interest in SQL and data management is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate complex financial and technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
