As a Senior Implementation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our measurement strategy, ensuring robust tracking, reporting and insights are embedded across our digital products and platforms. Working closely with Product, Data and Analytics teams, you will design and implement measurement frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making, while partnering with the Group Digital Analytics team and key stakeholders across the business to drive continuous optimisation and maximise the value of our digital experiences.
Please note that this role will be based out of our Kingfisher Head Office in Paddington with an expectation of 12 days a month in the office.
Partner with Measurement, Product, Analytics and brand teams to define and deliver tagging and measurement requirements across digital platforms.
Lead the implementation of tagging solutions for websites and mobile apps, working with engineering teams to develop and enhance data layers.
Monitor, analyse and improve data quality, proactively identifying issues, investigating root causes and delivering sustainable solutions.
Manage tagging changes through release pipelines, ensuring robust governance, performance and high-quality change management.
Maintain and optimise third-party vendor integrations, ensuring accurate, consistent and reliable data collection.
Build strong stakeholder relationships through clear communication, documentation and alignment of tag management and analytics platforms to deliver consistent tracking.
Drive continuous improvement by researching emerging technologies, sharing best practices, peer reviewing changes and supporting the development of team capability.
