Job summary

Kingfisher plc is seeking a Senior Implementation Analyst to shape and deliver measurement strategy across digital products and platforms. You will design and implement measurement frameworks, embed tracking, and partner with Product, Data and Analytics teams to drive data-driven decision making.

The role is based at our Head Office in Paddington with an expectation of 12 days a month in the office. You will lead tagging implementations, govern data quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to

Qualifications

  • Experience in a technical implementation role such as Implementation Analyst, Data Analyst or Implementation Engineer.
  • Strong experience delivering website and app analytics tracking, including data layer specification, implementation, debugging, testing and validation.
  • Experience implementing and managing server-side tracking solutions, ideally using Tealium EventStream.
  • Good working knowledge of Google Marketing Platform and experience using Google Cloud.
  • Experience debugging and troubleshooting tracking issues within native mobile applications.
  • Confident presenting technical concepts, data insights and solutions to stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to peer review work and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Measurement, Product, Analytics and brand teams to define and deliver tagging and measurement requirements across digital platforms.
  • Lead the implementation of tagging solutions for websites and mobile apps, working with engineering teams to develop and enhance data layers.
  • Monitor, analyse and improve data quality, proactively identifying issues, investigating root causes and delivering sustainable solutions.
  • Manage tagging changes through release pipelines, ensuring robust governance, performance and high-quality change management.
  • Maintain and optimise third-party vendor integrations, ensuring accurate, consistent and reliable data collection.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships through clear communication, documentation and alignment of tag management and analytics platforms to deliver consistent tracking.
  • Drive continuous improvement by researching emerging technologies, sharing best practices, peer reviewing changes and supporting the development of team capability.
